SALES OF DRAKA COMTEQ CABLE SOLUTIONS TRANSFERRED TO LOCAL LEGAL ENTITY
Starting from April 20th 2009 Draka Comteq Cable Solutions B.V. has de-centralised its commercial activities into separate Local Legal Entities. In Finland this means that the sales and marketing activities of Draka cables and accessories have been transferred to Draka Comteq Finland Ltd.
Draka Comteq Finland has undertaken the rights and obligations for the agreements and contracts presently in force between customers and cooperation partners and Draka Comteq Cable Solutions B.V.
Your existing local contacts will not change and will continue to work with you as your local Draka Communications contacts.
For all orders prior to 20th April 2009 please order from Draka Comteq Cable Solutions B.V. as normal, after this date it is important that you order from Draka Comteq Finland Ltd.
